RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 30 days after receipt of your order. Beyond this period, unfortunately we will not be able to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges.
For your return to be accepted:
• The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase must accompany the returned item.
Exclusions : Certain items cannot be returned, including items damaged after receipt for reasons unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the acceptance or refusal of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:
1. First check your bank account.
2. Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Only items sold at regular price are refundable. Sale or promotional items are not eligible for a refund.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items with original defects or damage. If you would like an exchange for an identical item, please email us at ezenconcept@gmail.com and return the item to the following address:

ITEMS RECEIVED AS GIFTS
• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit of equal value will be issued to you once the returned item is received.
• If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to that person.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If your item is worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable service or insuring your shipment as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
