This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit Ezenconcept.fr (the “Site”) or make a purchase there.

COOKIES

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We have listed them here so that you can choose whether you want to opt-out of cookies or not.

_session_id, unique sessional token, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).

_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider's internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.

_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Calculates the number of visits to a store by a unique customer.

cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about your shopping cart.

_secure_session_id, unique session identifier

storefront_digest, unique token, undefined If the store has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
- “Log files” track activity on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files that record information about how you browse the Site.
Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. This automatically collected information is referred to as “Order Information.”

When we use the term “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to both Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TEXT MARKETING

We use a text messaging platform, subject to the following terms and conditions. By entering your phone number during the checkout process and initiating a purchase, registering through our signup form or responding to a keyword, you agree that we may send you SMS notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and SMS marketing offers. Your phone number, name and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "Fastr", a US company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. This data will be used to send you targeted marketing messages and notifications.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing messages and SMS notifications, you may opt out by replying STOP to any mobile message sent by us or by using the unsubscribe link provided in any of our messages. You understand and agree that any alternative opt-out method, such as using different words or non-standard requests, will not be considered a valid method of opting out. Standard message and data rates may apply.
